Anyone else have an opinion on this? I am not convinced. The manufacturer
purchases an OEM license of Windows X from MS which is then passed on to the
consumer when they purchase the computer. The CD that comes with the computer
is not what you are buying it is the little certificate that came in the
packaging, or more commonly now is attached to the computer. As long as you use
the same version number of Windows, I believe this is legal.
