[OS:N:] EULAs, NTFS filesystem resizing etc.

I did not mean to open a Pandora's box with my
question about an open source version of
Partitionmagic. But at least now I know why
PartitionMagic is able to work with NTFS partitions.
As someone pointed out, they have a non-disclosure
agreement with Microsoft which is why they get the
inside info on NTFS. I guess the only way to escape
the mean machinations of Microsoft is to stop using
their products altogether. 
I guess I should move towards a single-OS box (with
only Linux) rather than try to run a dual boot.
