One, Jeremy told everyone it was just something that they were going to 
throw away, 2. how is it any different than talking about ADD on the list 
(no offense ed, thomas) that didn't seem to bother you, and 3. personally 
I am happy to fill out things like that survey for them.  They are 
providing a product to you free of charge, that product works, and 3. all 
lists get off topic at times.  Looks like 
you work at a college.  You're telling me they never hand out surveys in 
class when they should be teaching?  Hell the kids pay for  the education.
