Jon,
I'd suggest your lawyer give that a read again. MS stopped *licensing* Windows 95 - as in you can not buy a new license from Microsoft any more. MS did *not* drop the requirement that you have a license for each copy you run. That would have the effect
of turning W95 into freeware and *that* is not going to happen.
Your Foundation sounds great. Keep up the good deeds!
