This is what I'm doing with one of my games. In return for a sum of
money, I'm licensing my GPL'd game under a DIFFERENT license
(the terms I agreed to with the other party) to allow them to use it
commercially (which GPL would have anyway), without releasing their
source changes (which GPL does NOT allow).
