Might want to look into phprojekt
There are modules that allow it to sync with both outlook and palm
pilots. There are a few skins for it too, my favorite being br_side.
it does shared calendaring too. Only drawback is it doesnt have a solid
mailer built into it yes, there is a patch for a imap mailer which is ok
but not as full featured as everyone would like, there had been alot of
talk about building in something like squirrelmail or openwebmail but
nobody has done it officially everyone who has has hacked it in.
I have been using it for over 3 years now and love it, it has matured to
a point that i cant imagine using anything else. Its also cross platform
which is more than you can say for anything from Microsoft.
