Marco,
Thanks for such a good article. As I was starting to envision
introducing Linux into this all "Windows" Senior Service center, I ran
across your article. Sense then I've used it almost as a field guide of
how to slowly introduce new concepts in which solves the budget crunch
and allows so many more avenues of tools to use.
