I don't think that there are many active here any more.   I still 
monitor it, but there has not been much activity here at all.   The 
occasional post, the occasional out-of-office auto-responder.

While I would love to support promotion of Open Source in educational 
institutions, I have no experience in working with these sorts of 
bureaucracies.  I would just be an enthusiastic volunteer.
