New pam web page

I'm NOT usurping Andrew's official web page or anything, but I put up
some more PAM stuff on the web (partly Red Hat specific, but partly
not) on Red Hat's web site.

http://www.redhat.com/pam contains a rudimentary "case for PAM" that
you can point people to if they want to know why the heck anyone
would be so crazy as to work on PAM.  There are pointers to the official
web site, and a pointer to the new ftp directory on ftp.redhat.com,
and as a last incentive for the members of this list to keep the
site in mind, I put up the coding standards Ted sent to the list
a few months ago so that people know how to work with us appropriately.

If you have any comments, changes, or additions please let me know.
