Just to help all the pamifiers stay in sync...

I'm now pamifying NetKit-B.  I'm not pamifying ftpd since Al already
pamified wu-ftpd, either he or someone else already said that they
would pamify BSD ftpd, and we only use wu-ftpd in Red Hat Linux anyway...

I just released vlock-1.0, the first independent application I know of
to be released with PAM support by default in the official sources :-)
A source rpm is available on ftp.redhat.com in /pub/devel/pam, and the
official source on tsx-11.mit.edu in /pub/linux/sources/usr.bin already
supports PAM.  Just don't forget to include a vlock line in /etc/pam.conf
if you use it...
