NetKit-B patches

PAM patches for NetKit-B are on ftp.redhat.com in /pub/devel/pam/
They may not patch *perfectly* against the sources in NetKit-B because
they get applied after 15 other patches, but they should be pretty
obvious to follow even if you are using straight NetKit-B.
Take a look if you like.
