mod_auth_pam seg faults after updating rh7 and also on RH7.1

I am experiencing a problem with some servers. When all available update
packages are installed on a RH7 server. mod_auth_pam causes a
segmentation fault every time is is called. This also happens on a fresh
install of RH7.1 recompiling the module does not help.

RH7
OpenLDAP
Kerberos 5 Server
pam_krb5
mod_auth_pam (only comonent not installed from packages)

Any ideas?
