Hi,

with nptl 0.38, the usage of STDERR_FILENO was introduced in
nptl/unwind.c, but unistd.h is not included. For this reason nptl
does not compile for me.

Since nobody else reported this, is this a bug in nptl or is
someting else wrong in my environment?
