Well,I don't know anything for linux, but there is a program for (sorry) win95.
Anyway, you can always copy the files to your RedHat machine.
It's one of the many that are becoming famous as "web agents".
The name is NetAttaché Light (the free version).
I found it in the (sorry) www.windows95.com site.
I've tried it and it works fine.
Here goes some stuff I've copied from the readme file:
"NetAttaché Light is a fully-functional first generation Web agent for the
individual's desktop. It automates retrieval of Web pages and partial or full sites
in the background, saving the pages on the local hard-disk, while you work with
other applications. NetAttaché Light is an extremely useful Web access tool for the
Web user who repeatedly visits groups of sites on the Web. In a nutshell...
