Call 1-888-redhat1 and go directly to their sales department!!
If you purchased within 30 day it is $10..prior to that the cost is $49.

I'm in the same boat (except I went for the RHL
4.2/PowerToys Bundle), sent
the same kinda email to them, had the same kinda wait
for a reply (except
yours is probably longer because they're swamped trying
to get 5.0 ready
before they go home for Thanksgiving), and ...
Yes, they finally responded and offered me an upgrade to
5.0 for $10 + S&H.
Not a free upgrade, but RHL is such a bargain compared
to other OSs with
which I am sooo familiar!
