How fast does Cheapbytes ship?

I ordered 5.0 by filling out a form at the Cheapbytes site on Saturday, and
was very surprised to see, after clicking "Send", that I had actually sent
them an e-mail, not directly posted an order.  Still haven't heard from
them -- how long do they take to confirm e-mailed orders?

Any chance I can cancel that order (to take advantage of the $10 special I
keep getting posts about)?  If so, how?
