Doesn't say so in your message, but I assume your computer is booting
directly into Windoze. This is the problem I had, anyway, after
intalling SCO on one partition, then Win95 on another. I fixed it by
shutting Win95 down into dos, then doing 'fdisk /mbr'. Win95 had
flagged its partition during installation in some way so that the SCO
boot manager (which at least *looks* like it behaves in a similar way as
LILO) was completely bypased at bootime.
