I selected the Linux boot disk option.
When I boot with the disk in, it comes up with the initial Linux prompt
and if I type "Linux" within 20 secs or so it boots into Linux,
otherwise, Win95 comes up.
Works really well for me.
Not a direct answer to your question/problem, but it's a solution that
works for me.
