aout-libs failed

Tried to post this before, but did not see it.
It this is a second time, sorry.

Just got rh5.0 (Official Package) and upgraded from 
4.1.  Early in the installation received message:

   "RPM install of aout-libs failed; unpacking
	of archive failed on /usr/X11:-9
	operation not permitted."

Was allowed to proceed and did so.  What is the
consequence of this and what can be done to fix it?
Any help appreciated. Thanx.  --doug
