XF86Setup missing in RH-5.0 archives?

Hello,
I downloaded all of RH-5.0 from a local ftp-mirror and installed it.
As I was unable to configure my graphics board using Xconfigurator
(the problems will be discussed in another mail), I thought I
should use XF86Setup, as that worked for me with RH-4.2 already.

Unfortunately, I was unable to find XF86Setup in any of the
downloaded "*.rpm" files.

What am I missing? Any hints?
