RH5 & Diamond Stealth II Verite Chipset

I've just got RH5 and have happily installed X with my Diamond
Stealth 3D 2000 (Virge) running 800x600 true colour mode.
BUT,..I'm upgrading the video card to a Diamond Stealth II S220
based on the Verite 2100 chipset.  The card arrives next week. 
Can any Stealth II users advise if I can expect any problems.
