I having problems with ethernet config. as modules.. RH 5.0

I tried to set up my 3c905 card and i ran into a problem.
I did a insmod -f on the object file and received the follwing errors
message.

I have had probs with ethernet cards in the past but nothing like this.
I tried passing in the IRQ and io with no luck. 

I had a another ethernet card but it was a 3c509b. This card has plug
and play disabled. The irq=11 and IO=0x300. I did another insmod -f on
the object file and received the same error messages. If anyone has had
similar problems send me some mail. I tried downloading the latest
driver for the 3c905 but I had the same result..
