RH 5.0- Reset after load vmlinuz

I have the following problem installing RH 5.0:

After loading the initrd.img (with dots) it loads the vmlinuzin (whith
dots), and then
the installation reboots the PC.

I have test this problem in 8 PC's with the same result. I think the
problem is in the TX Motherboard chipset.
The last message I can see (well, know by intuition) is:

Probing PCI hardware   (and then)
Calibrating delay loop (and now it resests)

This is a MP 080 PCI/ISA System Board with
82 430TX PCI Intel Chipset;

Is this a symptom of incompatibility?

Has anybody resolved this problem?
