It, in fact, happens to about 60% of all the IP stacks out there.  That
has been an industry spasm with the amount of patches for SYN Flooding,
and Teardrop, and a few other IP problems.  Of course Microsoft has had
them _ALL_.  I tested it with NT & 95, and Linux, all of them crashed. 
I got my Linux stations were to 2.0.32 as soon as possible, but I never
had any trouble with it.
