This probably isn't the answer you want, but if you hack through setting
up the ppp connection yourself (via pppd and chat, etc.) all the
keywords will be self-explanatory.
As to where they're defined and how they're used in the control-panel
scripts, though, I dunno. But maybe this file is generated
automatically and is not meant to be edited by hand.
