Hi Menion,
This has happened on two different machines, a desktop and then a
Toshiba 105 CS laptop. The laptop is a P-75 with a standard IDE/ESDI
disk controller. I'm not sure what the IDE controller on the desktop is.
The CPU is 200-MMX, with the IDE interfaces mounted directly on the
motherboard. I'm pretty sure I compiled in support for the IDE
controllers during make xconfig, but I suppose I could have left out the
chipset that my particular board uses. I don't think I compiled in
support for the CMD-640.
