Installation on a new fresh secondary master ide disk

When i try installing the RedHat 4.1 on a secondary IDE, larger than the
first, the system halts copying a last file for console (from CDROM),
and then i must reboot - and begin again, like a Boo - isn't it Alice? -

My very first install was on  the primary IDE, along with a WIN95
bootable sector, and was running fine till the day when my root
partition was full, and i decided to put another disk. I copy all my
/usr partition on to another one , on a secondary fresh IDE disk.

All was going right, when i suddenly decided to install all the system
on it, which led me to the first paragraph and entered Boo's anoying
world.

Is there someone that knows Alice and can ask her where is the door ?
