SENDMAIL

I have finally installed Red Hat Linux 4.1
I am having a slight problem.  Everything works fine until I try to send mail to my server from out side it gets a weird error like a loopback.  Here is a copy of the error message... If anyone has any idea on how I can fix this, I am open to all any answers.
