New Tape Drive - Colorado T4000

I just recently aquired a Scsi Colorado T4000 Tape Drive and am looking
for recommendations of backup scripts/programs to use with it.  If anyone
has any suggestions of programs to use, or to avoid, I would appreciate
them.
