Re: Problem with LILO Installation (RedHat 4.2)

Greetings all,
        I noticed several messages about lilo not installing under
4.2, just like the problem I was having. Some people emailed me and
suggested that lilo needed to be within so many sectors of the start
of the disk, however, lilo had worked fine for me on the same disk,
under slackware, so I thought there was another problem.
        I was doing the install from my harddisk and did not have all
the packages in the RedHat/RPMS directory. After I got ALL the 4.2
RPMS, lilo installed just fine.
