I second the suggestions to get the official release because it comes with
30 days of free tech support (and also supports Linux and RH).  More
important, I found the 4.1 release much easier to install than the 3.x
version that came with Linux Unleashed.  Otherwise, Unleashed was a pretty
good book.  It is a bit schizophrenic (like conflicting advice about
control-alt-delete) because several authors each contributed a chapter.  I
found AEleen Frisch's Essential System Adnministration to be the most
well-written and basic but it often lacks in-depth information sometimes
present in more focused (but less well-written books) often have.  ESA has
information about different flavors of unix (and Linux) and sometimes
distinguishes RH from other flavors of Linux.  Parker's Linux System
Administrator's Survival Guide is OK but not particularly RH.
