You upgraded XFree86 to version 3.3 and, either 1) did not download or upgrade
the server rpm (in my case it's XFree86-S3); or 2) you didn't run XF86Setup or
Xconfigurator. Make sure the server executable is of the correct version (3.3)
and there is a link from X to it. If that's ok, run the setup program.
