Web Server problems

	Hi Guys,

	I just did an upgrade of RH from 3.0.3 to 4.2 and all of a sudden
the Apache Web Server refuses to run. When i attempt to run it from the
command line I get the following message:

getpeername: Socket operation on non-socket
getsockname: Socket operation on non-socket
Error getting local address

	Any ideas? I imagine it is in the /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf file
somewhere?
