Well, technically, a hub does not seperate networks. If it is really just a
hub, then anything plugged into it is on the same network. But to address
your question, from the information the you have provided, I don't think
you'd want or need to have two NICs.
The only reason that I can imagine you'd want two NICs if if you were going
to use the box as a router; if you have a serial link to the internet on
one card (or ISDN-TA, or whatever), you'd need an other card for your LAN.
