Re: booting up

Check out the files in /etc/rc.d/init.d. These files should be linked into the
rc*.d dirs which represent the differnt run levels. To have something not start
upon boot you could do move httpd.init .httpd.init. This works in Solaris and I
don't see any reason why It would not work in Linux.. There really is no Linux
equivalent to dos's config.sys and autoexec.bat files.
