It is really quite trivial.

configure IP Aliasing, and figure out how to set up the rc system
for each logical eth0:1,2,3,4,5 interface (ifconfig and route).

Don't forget to make httpd listen on the relevant ports, well
documented in apache.

There is a document somewhere which tells you what to do
for sendmail (I tend to do nothing :-)-O).
