  My understanding is that those were nesigned or at least optimized for
running under Windows 95. These are the lower end modems from US
Robotics,a stripped down sprotster if you will. You may be able to get
it to run but I do not feel they will run very reliably if at all. If
you find out something different, please share it with us.
