Hello All!
I have a problem with my modem. I reinstalled RH4.2 and made a symbolic link
ln -s /dev/cua0 /dev/modem
Then I tested it using minicom then I got an error message minicom:cannot
open /dev/modem: No such file or directory.
(It used to work nicely.)
Then I used the control panel then I tested again, but I got the same
message, so I thought it was a matter of minicom, so I tried seyon, but I
got a similar error message. >>Error: No Modems Available.
Of course, I have /dev/modem file. Did I forget to install something?
Please somebody tell me how to fix the problem.
Thanks! I appreciate any advice
