Failed to set default Font

Greetings,
	I just upgraded from XF86 3.2 to 3.3.1 using RedHat RPM.

All I get now is the above.

Any ideas ? 

Can't find anything about it on the RedHat or XFree Raq's etc.

PS - How do you read the Path and set the paths in Linux.
