Error intalling via FTP, please help me

Hi 

I try to install RedHad-4.2 via FTP from (sunsite.unc.edu) but this message
appear...

Something similar happen with (ftp.kernel.org) and (ftp.ou.edu)...   :-(

Please, someone how send me any commentary.
