One of you problems here is that you are not compiling your kernel
correctly.  The IP Masqurading modules even though properly configed are
not attached to our kernel.  Read the kernel HOWTO (find it on redhat's
site).  It has been awile since I put IP masquarading on my box but it
soulds like you needs to do a make modules or something to that effect.
