PS2 Keyboard & Supermicro P5MMA

While attempting to install Redhat 4.2 onto my machine with the above m/b
(Intel 233MHz CPU), I get a keyboard error while booting from the CDROM.  The
redhat archives have little information about this problem (a vague description
of a BIOS change, nothing concrete), and wanted to know if anyone else has
successfully resolved this problem.

Should I expect more problems with the P5MMA and Linux down the road?
