That will work just fine. Make the space using PM, but create the
partitions themselves during the RH installation process.

When you're done and RH asks where you want to put LILO, put it on the
MBR. Then, when you turn on your computer, you'll get the LILO prompt,
and from there you can get to the NT loader or Linux.
