That card is meant to be programmed by either software that came with the
card or Win95 it self.  I think you will need to boot as dos, run the
software (hopefully you don't need to install it to run it), configure the
card, then boot linux again.

I wish these manufactures would give the option of PnP and Jumpers for us
people who are not afraid of hardware.  I think PnP totally defeats it's
own purpose.
