You forgot the ever important H5 which is what makes a makes a SB16
different from a SB Pro.  

The H5 is the high DMA channel for important functions of the card and is
usually DMA 5.

This card won't function properly, if at all, without this setting.  

For those with AWE32 and AWE64, these are SB16 cards with more 'voices'
built in.
