Unable to do that also, the NIC is a PCI 10/100PCFast(SMF) card, snf I

what I did to get Linux to work was inserting an extra NIC, a really old
NE2000 compatible one, one that allowed you to change IRQ's
And no matter what I do in W95/NT, it has NO impact on what happens when I
try to run linux.
darn!...this thing is driving me crazy.
I'm starting to beleive that it is the bios for the SCIS adapters that has
a problem, since I was able to install Linux on a Kayak XA without any
problems,
and it has a single SCSI controller onboard instead of two.
If only I could rip one of those controllers out ..
