I was unsuccessful putting 2.0.30 on my TX based box. But it doesn't mean
it won't load, I just gave up and switched to a new box, mine did not
reboot it gave a kernel panic.
You did not however go into detail about your partitioning? Do you have a
partition (unformatted) set aside for your install of Linux? It sounds
like you are installing or trying to install to your existing
partition...is that true? Do you get to the point where you select
packages? or is this the initial boot from the first disk? List the exact
steps you take until is reboots. It is kinda hard to answer your question
from what you have given us.
