Check the log files on your server. tcp_wrappers is used to refuse
connections. When the client tries to establish a connection,
tcp_wrappers will check the rule set to verify the client is allowed.
Depending on the options used to compile tcp_wrappers, it will generally
refuse connections when the hostname in your local DNS and the system do
not match. Your log files should help in solving this problem.
