PROMLIB error and Watchdog Reset

We are trying to install RedHat 4.2 for Sparc on a Sun Netra I 20, 
which is essentially a Sparc 20. Whenever we attempt to boot, whether 
from CD, floppy or net, we get the following error while loading the 
image:
PROMLIB: obio_ranges 5

Watchdog Reset

We've tried a lot of options and aren't getting anywhere. We've sent 
e-mail to Redhat support but haven't received an answer yet and we're 
under some time pressure to get this going.

Anyone have any ideas?
