get out your win95 boot disk. the one you should have made. copy fips to
the boot disk. be sure to defrag you hd before you start.

now boot the computer via boot disk. you'll be left at the a: prompt.
run fips. this should be all you need to get on the path to enlightenment.

eventually you can rid yourself completely of win95.
